Guniting and shotcrete

Method of application :

The concrete is prepared in a ready-mix plant and conveyed to the site in a concrete mixer HGV.

The concrete is sprayed onto the surface - with or without reinforcement - using a gun with a compressor providing the required pressure for spraying (8 bar).

There is no casing and the concrete finish is raw or floated.

Applications :

• Difficult access and complex shapes (stabilising rock faces, embankments, etc.)
• Reinforcement of structures and masonry (arches of bridges, locks, tunnels, slurry walls, etc.)
  
• Major repairs
