He was succeeded for a time by his sons, Gilbert and André, who then went on to create Lagrou bouwwerken NV and André Lagrou SA respectively. |

In 1998, the company was taken over by three new associates: Marianne Lagrou, Philippe Thibeau and Jean Scius. On 11 March 2007, our company was deeply saddened by the accidental death of Jean Scius. Michel Koch succeeded Jean Scius in June 2008. Pharaflex SA was co-founded in 2004 by Marianne Lagrou, Philippe Thibeau and Jean Scius, the latter as Managing Director. Michel Koch also succeeded him in this post in June 2008. |
