Lining work
An operation which consists of waterproofing a construction element, below or above ground level
- From the outside towards the inside: protection against capillary action, water seepage, etc. (cellars, lift shafts, wells, etc.)
- From the inside towards the outside: Waterproofing of pits, detention basins, etc. (oil, chemical products, etc.)
Method of application
- Material to be treated is stripped
- Cracks, etc. filled
- Waterproof lining applied
- Concrete finish with synthetic resin admixture
